How to use
1. Cold therapy
Fill 2/3 of the bag with ice or ice-cold water, then put the bag directly onto the aching part. Never use bag more than 20 minutes. Wait 1-2 hours before repeating this procedure
2. Hot therapy
Fill 2/3 of the bag with warm water up to maximum 45 centi degree
Use Step
1. fill 2/3 full with ice water or warm water
2. remove residual air. Secure the lid tightly
3. Test for leakage by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly
4. apply to desired area
Storage
Keep the bag in a cold an airy place. Make sure that the bag completely dry before storing it. Never expose the bag to direct sunlight.
